Ancient Wisdoms and Flavours’, which on 16 and 17 December will offer a rich calendar full of initiatives that will actively involve visitors, offering a holiday concept with a powerful personal impact.

An identity strongly characterized by the history and culture of the agro-pastoral world of an archaic and rustic Sardinia.
The purpose of the event, organised by Glearte with the support of the Tourism Department of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia and the municipality of Sennariolo, is to involve guests directly, actively and concretely bringing to life the ancient wisdoms and help them discover the charm of the Montiferru mountain, the centre full of evocative historical and architectural traits, including, among the most prominent, S. Andrea church.
A range of historical, naturalistic and cultural experiences have been planned for 16 December, with practical experiential activities : the honey laboratory with guided sensory analysis of 5 types of monoflora honey; typical food laboratories “pappassinos in durghe” and “Sa petta imbinada”.
In the evening the performance of the Polyphonic Choir S. Andrea and choir “a cuncordu” Nostra Signora ‘e Su Rosariu.
On 17 there will be environmental and food laboratories, as the identification of medicinal plants intended for culinary use and the preparation of typical local dishes.
